Donglan- WPC has following Inspection Measurements:
·Water and Moisture Proof
Donglan WPC only contains 0.05% water of its own, which is far below the normal solid wood. Its swelling thickness is only 0.2%, which is far better than the standard of Ministry of Forestry Wood sheet. Therefore, it can be a leading position in the industry for water and moisture resistant.
·Weather Resistant
Donglan WPC profiles adopt an unique formula to optimize its weather resistance. It has long term usage in wide temperature rang ( -30˚С-70˚С ), and will not make it appear bad, aging and broken under sun exposure and mositure environment.
·Mechanical Performances
Donglan WPC has high strength and thoughness. Test results show that the product screw holding capability of side is up to 2733N ( State Forestry standard 800 N ), board surface nail holding power is up to 3111 N ( State Forestry standard 1000 N ); Bending Strength and Bending Elastic Modulus are up to 40 MP and 4639 MP ( State Forestry standard 20 MP and 1800 MP ). The mechanical performances of it will be in a leading position in the industry.
·Environmentally Friendly Donglan WPC uses the waste timber as its raw material, and can repeat recycled. In production processing, it does not produce any emissions and waste water. Formaldehyde emission test result is less than 0.2 , which is far below the national standard and has reached the international advanced level.
